| Just dropped it off yesterday (after waiting a month for the parts) 1 week to disassemble 1 for machine shop and one for reassembly and install. So I hope for 3-4 weeks. Long ass time to be without my ride. But than after break in to the track I go. Gona have a forged lower end, stroker cam, along with my PPP stage 3 heads, 6.1 intake w/ ported TB, + some other small goodies and upgrades. |

you will have to feel them, its hard to describe fully but if i had to sum it up its firm and positive.
think of it this way- if a weak person grabbed you by the shoulders and shook you back and forth it would feel sloppy. that's stock. now if a strong person shook you back and forth you would feel like they were in firm control. that's how the difference feels now.
driving real nicely they shift firm like you are in auto-stick. noticeable downshifts, but I'm used to that since i drive in auto-stick a lot. the shifts under power are positive, fast, and forceful. the kick downs from like 30 are insane. there is an occasional hard shift or downshift in normal driving too but that's just due to the higher line pressure and the adaptive learning still learning them.
i like it a lot. |
