This is coming up this weekend and since we have a bunch of new members wanted to bring this up to the top so everyone is aware of it. Anyone that wants to come please do.

| Crap I forgot to call them today, too much on my mind.
I will put a reminder in my phone to call them tomorrow on the way to work to get the area reserved. I will try to be there at least 30 mins ahead of the meeting time just to make sure everything is ok. For those that are coming and I have your cell phone number I will text you were we are. Honestly? I'd say 4PM. There'll be a little fudge factor in there, it'll take a solid hour to get there, plus we have to go pick up/meet up with Eric (right, Eric?), and Crystal's going to shoot for 5:30 to be there.
