faze one of gathering mods over winter is complete.... picked up a few things....

-blueish headlight bulbs
-autometer d-pic guage (like a g-tech but in a guage, it measures the G's you pull on corners, 0-60, 1/4th mile, and estimates horsepower.) 06 SRT's did not get the performance timers in the EVIC display.
-AAC spiderlight LED's
-dash mount for the D-pic pod guage.
-AMG Bluetop Trans shift solenoids i have been saving for. this is the most important one..

-still need to pick up some new brake rotors and pads...but i didn't feel like spending any more money just yet. lol.

might be a while till the car gets out of the garage or till its warm enough out to install anything in it. but ill let you know how it is when i get to play with it. I've been told you can practice your reaction times with it, but I'm not sure. ill have to look at the instructions. i mostly bought it for some data when I'm racing, like max G forces pulled and stuff.

there are still a couple things im saving for for next years race season. i want some hotchkis or stack performance sway bars and upgrade to 10 inch wide viper rims for the rear so i can run 315's.

If you are looking at sway bars, I heard the hotchkis ones for the Challenger fit on our Chargers and they (front sway bars) are 3mm thicker than the Hotchkis ones they make for the charger, the rears are the same. Thats the route I am going to go with.

yea but the stiffness percentages are the same as the stack performance bars and the stack bars come powdercoated gunmetal. so i don't know which to pick. hotchkis is a brand thats trusted, they make the best handling kit for the dakota r/t's ever to hit the market and my buddies have sworn by their products for the last 8 years. on the other hand the stacks come in a better color for me and are only 400 bux for the set and all hardware.

let me know if they will do a group price if we both buy the hotchkis sways.

If you arent sure about the stacks, then go with what you already know. The hotchkis is under $400 for the front and rear. Then if you really want, you can get them powdercoated gunmetal at a shop. Im sure it wouldnt cost much for that since its pretty basic and straight forward. Dont sacrifice trust for color.

put the headlights in today and they look much better than the silver stars. also tried the spider lights on one side. they look bitchen but they fast blink, so i ordered some load levelers from AAC and ill wait to put those in till i get the load levelers. 36 chambers told me they didn't fast blink in his car but they do in mine, oh well. simple fix.

joe i was looking at swar bar stuff on lxforums because of all the squeek problems people are having with the hotchkis sway bars and found this... a guy says he switched from hotchkis sways to stack chubby sways and felt the stack bars were an upgrade over hotchkis...

a guy named ed sells them on lxforums. he works for a luxury motorcar company of some sort in NY. he goes by "SRT-ED" on lxfoums. he lists them on that site from time to time for between 300 and 320 shipped for the pair. he didn't have a set for sale at the time but i PM'ed him to ask if he could get me a set and he was great to work with.
