| I have my red/blue bullet halos installed with the voltage regulator and the wireless remote. A few weeks ago, I was driving to by friends house and my red halos came on by themselves (i have indicator lights on my dash so I know when the halos are on). I thought maybe I got some interference from somebody's garage door opener or something so I just turned it off and didnt think much of it. Then today I was driving home from the dentist and both my red and blue halos came on by themselves. I didnt have the remote on me so I know I didnt accidentally hit the button. I have my homelink hooked up to my halos So I can turn them on/off in case I forget my remote but sometimes the homelink doesnt turn them off. Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do to make sure it doesnt happen again? |

| I think it just interference but I dunno. The red and blue have different codes and they both turned on at the same time today. Im glad I put in those indicator lights or else i wouldof been driving around with pinkish purple halos, lol. |

| Maybe a mounting issue? A loose ground wire. Bad controller, or something sending a signal in your car setting it off? Relocate it maybe to somewhere else. Does it have power from battery or is it spliced in to something else for shared power? If so, run it off the battery and see if that cures it. |

Its powered from the battery, no splicing. I think the connection i fine because they dont turn on when i hit bumps. It only happened twice and both times I was just cruising on a smooth road. I think maybe it was either interference or my wireless module might be crappy. I really hate messing with my wires so I hope its nothing, lol. |

I dunno. The homelink maybe but I dont think the indicators have anything to do with it. |

He designed the regulator you're running....it's within bounds and he's a helpful guy.
