Nice job there! Just walk away for a day or so. Get your fuel line and custom hose. Next time you go back at it, everything will just fall together. I work on all kinds of machines at the Coinwash from pop machines, change machines, vending equip, all types of washers from 12lb. to 80 lb. behemoths and commercial dryers. I get stumped or don't have the right parts, it gets frustrating and I just walk away from it for a day. Next day it usually falls back together.

I've finally correctly diagnosed a no start dryer that has had me crazy. The fan motor had a bad bearing and shaft, so I ordered a new motor and installed it today. The stinking dryer still didn't work. I took a block of wood and a BIG hammer and beat the living shit out of the cylinder motor and it started right up, lol. Turns out the start switch in that motor is bad. I'll fix it Monday. God I love my BIG hammer.

Yeah....I know what I need, its just that I was rushed for time, because I had to be cleaned up and AT the local Aurelios pizza by 6:30......my dads fam celebrated mothers day tonight.....if I didn't have that to get to, I woulda run (I had a buddy with a car there to help) to the parts store and got what I need and got it done.........I was pressed for time, and I just get real pissed when that happens.....I am not what you would call a "schedule oriented" person......

I agree with Tom. Tomorrow is another day. I had little to no patience, and over the winter when we were working on my car and we would run into problems I would get really fustrated. Well the following day or week it seemed last weeks problem would fall into place.

About the only thing I have ever had to walk away from with total frustration was my differential.....8 months after the rebould, the diff spiders lock onto the shaft......had to cut the shaft into 3 pieces to get it out.....

Yeah I know, you wanted to get the task completed, but you ran out of time. I've learned over the years to schedule big jobs like that over several days to several weeks. Heck I'm still waiting for my Razors Edge adj. end links that were ordered March 13th. They will get here when they get here.

The thing about modding is that no matter how prepared you are something can always go wrong and usually does.. Its how we react to these problems/opportunities that makes the difference. It will all come together and your truck will be even more Badd ass. Plus youll have that sence of accomplishment for overcoming all the difficulties.

Yep yep!!!!! An I know not just ANYONE can say they not only 1. Did a supercharger install without any professional help, but also 2. Did it for under $300 for EVERYTHING!!!!!! I will say, even though I might have seemed down about the fuel line, I am psyched beyond belief from the 10 sec that it ran, and the awesome sound before I noticed the fuel spray under the truck......
