So I got to attend an autocross event on the 8th for work!! Got paid to hang out and watch BMW owners beat the snot outta there cars, it was a pretty cool experience. Unfortunatly I didn't bring my car, I got stuck driving the box truck, we were the sponsor for the club event. Shitty part was I coulda drove the track with it, found that out afterswards ; ( Woulda been fun, BUT next time I go I am DEFINATELY taking it!! LoL Here's a link to the event pics

I've run there many times. the vid on the left in my signature was at that venue. we sponsor salt creek sports car club and Tri-state sports car club. they both run there and I'm a member of SCSCC. our club will be running there again may 23rd. you can run 8 runs for 30 bux if you want to go. i recognize about half those cars, they run with SCSCC too. http://scscc.net/

i might not be running that day though. I want to get a bunch of vids of my friends to edit a movie. I'm not the biggest fan of that venue too. the parking lot is just getting way too torn up and needs a repave. its murder on tires compared to the sears center autocross course.

be careful at maywood because locals get pissed about the noise and throw nails near the lot entrance sometimes.
