For us older models... personally it is a must... totally wakes up the trans and says ok do this and do it now w/ no lag...

Shift firmness in the tuner is much softer then adding this to the car...

Yes i have noticed it... and i am thinking its mainly due to the learning process of the module... when i feel it doing that though i just tap into autostick for a lil while and it goes away... give me a week and i will update everyone with everthing that i have come across w/ this...

awesome. its always good to hear when installs go well and feedback is good.

do you still have reverse to first lag? i noticed that went away with the blue tops. just wondering if the mtcm helps that lag at all too. whatever you put the shifter into its into it before your done making the move almost.

i have a suspicion some srt's have the mtcm program in their tune from the factory... hence why they don't auto upshift from the factory and they had issues with people thinking the 1/2 shift was too hard due to hitting the rev limiter during the shift. which is exactly what some cars do with the mtcm if you don't up the rev limiter in your tune when using the mtcm...

Mopar performance Transmission Control Module. its a program for your trans thats more performance oriented. think of it as a tune for your tranny.

higher and harder shifts, no auto upshift in autostick, more performance oriented gear kick downs, firmer downshifts under braking, ect...
