| Maybe old news maybe not but I found that Dorman makes a shifter interlock replacement piece like BT does. Doesn't look as good as the quality that BT does, as I own one in my Magnum, but it get the job done. http://www.dormanproducts.com/p-3434...ymmeid=3188533 Goes for abt 20 on RockAuto. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/rafr...-924706-720562 I guess this is good for anyone who was waiting to change it and were on the wall with BT. I think you can order it at local auto part stores that sell Dorman products, but not sure |

| I like the Bt one, because at the next show I'm going to rip out my shifter and everything else so I can display it! lmao _________________ "Don't talk about it, be about it" "Get in where you fit in"

| lol yeah, you know BT should make some demo models for when they go to shows, but chances being is that 1. they won't 2. the forums speak for the part. But yeah Im happy that I replaced it and glad that a larger chain carries the part..... BT had the market on this but now if someones break they can walk right into say an autozone and pick one up for 20. I think thats the advantage, 20 bucks and if they don't carry they will tell you where or order it for you. But thats just me... |

| Your links dont work. I wish I saw this one before I dished out the $50 for my BT one. Nothing against BT but id rather have an ugly metal one for $20 than a pretty one for $50 that nobody is going to see. |

| This is a part that might fail on you now or later, sooner you take care of it the better, but I think even the challenger is affected with this. |

| I think it's more than a might. I thought I was immune to this because I'm pretty easy on the shifter, but it got me too. And it's happening to more and more people each day. It's just a matter of time it seems. |

I don't think so. I know for a fact that this flaw was fixed by Dodge in later models._________________ Another quality sig by DartBoy. Nine out of ten dentists approve. |

Lol yeah we found that out the hard way. I think they fixed it in the '08 and later models. But whoever has an '07 and earlier i HIGHLY recommend this mod. It breaks without warning and will leave you stuck where it broke. I hear it happening more and more as time goes on. |

| In the 08 and later models, they replaced it with a green thingy. |
