For 40 mph, that doesn't look too bad. Hope she's feeling better soon. _________________ Another quality sig by DartBoy. Nine out of ten dentists approve.

Kyle, Thanks!! And thanks everyone for the well wishes!! I am home, will go to my doc tomorrow or Friday. I am going to drug up nicely and go to bed, I want to sleep for a day or two.. The hospital only took x-rays - no MRI's. Yeah, poor car, she has had it rough. I was hit by a chick in a big red pick up truck - I Never saw her coming. All I felt was the impact. Holy shit, I felt like I got hit by a truck. After I decided my neck didn't snap in half, I got out to take a look. A few thoughts ran through my head. 1) If it was the front of the car, then maybe she could be fixed right this time 2) Do you know haw many hours I spent tinting my tails, over and over. 3) If I was on my motorcycle I would have been dead. 4) If I didn't have my seat belt on - God only knows 5) Wow - How many lives have I gone through? Thank God I am walking away from this. I know #5 should have been my first thought, but it wasn't. But to be honest - that is what is reeling around up in that thick skull of mine for the past few hours. It is very true that a car can be fixed or replaced, but this kind of scared me a little too much. I had a small fender bender once, but had never really been in a more serious accident before January of last year. Now this is my second. My son was the one last May. Tomorrow I am going to the place where they towed my car and take some pictures. That was from my cell phone and I have a few others, but they look much the same. I will keep you all posted. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR WELL WISHES AND PRAYERS ARE NEVER WASTED. I CAN USE ALL YOU WILL SEND!!!

Very sorry I'm glad you seem to be ok. Make sure you get checked out good. Some things don't show for a while. My wife had a bad wreck a couple years ago. At the time she was like you all worried about her truck and come to find out she had a broken breast bone from the air bag and a broken hip. So have them check you out real good. Hopefully your car can be fixed but they can always be replaced. Lives are the important part. Best wishes!!!!!

glad to hear directly from you knowing that you are ok. as what other people have been saying cars are replaceable, but people aren't. just make sure to keep checking up to make sure nothing internally is out of wack.
