Thanks all - Now the waiting game. It appears the other driver does not have insurance - My luck.. Maybe they do and are just being a$$holes.
My insurance is covering, so, if the car can be fixed, the deductible is out of my pocket. I don't get a rental car - I have to look at my policy, which is at work, but I think that because this will be covered under the "uninsured motorist" portion of my policy some things may not be available to me???

Of course, my insurance company will end up suing the other driver, and if they recover funds, I would get reimbursed for the $$ out of my pocket.

I will be on the phone a lot again today..
I'll let you all know things as I do.

Thanks again!

Very sorry that really sucks. You get stuck paying for someone elses mistake when you are already paying for the insurance in the first place. This happens way to often.

So far, my insurance comp is doing ok. I know they will go after these people on my behalf - it just sucks, that's all. I can't believe all the tings that have happened to my baby.
I have never had an accident, (well a tiny fender bender) - Now its' 2 in 1 1/2 years.

Hopefully the picture will show up - I still have a hard time putting pictures on here (yeah, I know, DUH)..

Don't look too bad, needs rr bumper cover , abs, rebar, rr body panel, trunk lid, tail lights, i am sure the floor is damaged too.

cant tell if the 1/4s are buckled from your pix. those cars like to buckle in side the rear door opening down at the bottom where the rocker meets the 1/4 dog leg.

If you have rental on your policy it shold cover you under any type of coverage you use, collision, comp or uninsured property damage.

I can't decide if it looks really bad or not. I know that if the frame is really damaged, it will be totaled. Monday will be the tell all.

Thanks again everyone..

I don't know any numbers yet, however, they do say it will be fixed.
Hoping I get an estimate today.

Thanks again everyone!!

Instead of renting a car, I bought a junker from my Uncle.
Right now I am driving a 93 Buick Century.. I guess one good thing from that - Hopefully I can drive this one during the winter and garage the Charger.

No pictures of under the car.
Anyone have good or bad info on a place called

McBride's Collision Specialists on State St, in Lockport?

That is one of the shops contracted by my insurance company. It is rated "A" on the Better Business Bureau. But things don't always get reported to them.

I am going to have a list of other shops, in the area, faxed over to me.
I'll keep you all posted.

Thanks for all the encouraging words!!!
