 Flywheels?

I know there have been a few sites that have lightweight aluminum flywheels that are said to five 45hp...are these legit or is this a con?

You mean a flex plate? Flywheels are on manual cars. Your srt has a flex plate. I have seen higher horse rated flex plates that a lot of guys on lxforums are using cause they are stress cracking stock ones. I don't think they are lighter tho.
