Or the roads are getting worse. Maybe i just never noticed it until now, but my front end seems to rub the ground more often. Unless it's just the plastic. Am i going nuts?

Check under your car to see if your belly pan is rubbing or drooping. how old is your charger and how many miles.

it was indeed the b elly pan and has been fixed at the dealer for $15. the charger is an 07 with 49K miles.
