HI EVERYONE. I know its been a long time but for those of you that have met me know I play college baseball in Texas. and will be away for some time. ok so its finally happened Financial Aid has kicked in and now I have some extra cash to start some mods!! I have a little over $1,500 and was wondering what everyone's opinions are.

It all depends on what you are looking for. You looking for power add ons or looks?

Power add ons. Im fine with the way it looks for now.

For $1500 you should be able to add a decent cam with a custom tune.

cai, cam, pulley, diablo, tune... ftfw

Buy a predator and get a CMR dyno tune.(from a known good tuner) Then save the rest and enjoy the power.

What Brand of a cam do you guys use? and whats the difference between a diablo predator and the trinity? if thats how u spell it

bang for the $, afe stage 2 cai, diablo tuner ( u have to have this to get a tune, accept no substitute), the pulley cause u have to take off the old one to swap the cam. as far as a cam goes RESEARCH! i have used frank racing and inertia. for my applications both served their purpose. i was/am pleased with both. my cam and motor is inertia and i have nothing but love for Stu, he took care of me the whole way. ask around there a lot of people that have done engine work on this board. just know what u want out of your car so u dont do the work twice. if u are not doing the work yourself, it will get expensive.

I have the sidewinder cam and its great. If I did it over again I would get a cam from Stu at Inertia. Dont get me wrong I love my sidewinder, but Stu puts out a better cam. Stu wasnt around when I did my cam, at the time the sidewinder was the shit.
