Honestly this is why I stayed away from R1 , I opted for Brakeperformance.com instead because their customer service is good and they lifetime warranty their premium rotors.My Magnum and my Jeep both have dimpled n slotted rotors and I love them....

Anyone available to help me out friday to work on my front brakes? Shop opens at noon and that is when i will be there.

Taking the front rotors off and trying to find the cause of my ticking in the brakes.

Yeah I will be picking that up friday morning. Going to figure out what the hell this noise is and get it taken care of.

Did you get the new front pads yet?, Hopefully a clean and adjust will help, and don't get cheap get the spray on lube. i think you might have gotten a little somewhere it's shouldn't have been.

No they sent the wrong pads to me but I want to take everything apart and systematically go through things to eliminate pieces. That way I can either fix or nail down what is causing the problem. I will get the spray stuff.

Big thanks to Marc for helping me out today. We took everything apart and cleaned it all. Right before we put it together we noticed a crack in the driver side rotor that was pretty big. I took pics with my phone so sorry about the crappy pics but R1 is sending me a new rotor asap. This brake job has truly been hell. I still have a slight noise in the drivers side and will see if the new rotor cures that. Again I can't thank Marc enough for the help. Rep coming your way.
