I'm sorry Jon. We will just throw something together once I am back in town. My hotel here in Vegas has a bowling alley with like 60+ lanes.

If someone else wants to plan something where we just show up then please go for it. I just know the last time we did it the majority wanted something more organized next time. Which is what I tried to do with this but without the numbers I can't preplan.

Unfortunately gatherings might suffer a little bit this year, with my new role at work I have more normal hours but 1000 times more responsibility. Will be travelling more as well. If anyone wants to step up and plan things I am totally open to it and will help out anyway that I can.

What about a night out at Dave and Busters?

When we did that last time they told us to just come in and they would find us a space and when we got there everything was full. I checked into doing a group thing there as well, was considereing it again for Nick's going away event (surprise).

20 people minimum but can be less space is $40 an hour BUT we have to get at least a $200 food/ drink bill (totally doable) as well. The $200 bil has to go on one credit card.

The area that I am looking to rent has two pool tables and a shuffle board as well. There is not a fixed menu we have to order off of just the normal one. Also can get deals on power cards for the games, can do that the same night of the event.

Two questions

1. Nick would something at Dave and Buster's be ok with you?

2. If people want to do this would they be willing to bring cash to cover their food and drinks? CAMM will cover the cost of renting the area, will go for 2 hours probably.
