me and my dad are looking to upgrade the stock air intake on our Charger SRT8. here are some we are looking at. please help with some pros/cons of these, thanks

LMI - Leg Maker Intake True CAI Carbon Fiber 5.7 6.1

AIRAID CAI - Cold Air Intake System 6.1L 350-193

Injen Power-Flow Cold Air Intake System

i use the airaid since it has the scoop adapter to make the factory hood true ram air.

notice the scoop over the driver side half cover that mates with the hood.

is there much of a noticeable difference when driving with the airaid CAI? as far as power, mpg, sound

You will notice a difference in sound and slight throttle responce.

do you have a diablo tuner yet? intake, 180 thermostat, and diablo tuner work well together as a team.

we've ordered the 180 tstat so thats on the way, we're still deciding which COI to get, and we know we're going to get the tuner but we just haven't yet, current finical issues but we should be getting that within the next few weeks

for the most part intakes all help about the same. just pick the one you like.

I'm not a fan of the ricey look of the injen. looks like a Honda intake.

I have the mopar intake my self. only because i stil lhave the 8 yr 80,000 warr still. plus no extra stuff to do fits right on the car and looks cool too.....

I have an Airaid CAI, 180 t stat, and predator on my 07' SRT. The t stat definitely does what it's supposed to do, but I switched it back to stock a couple weeks ago. The predator is awesome, makes a huge difference. The CAI changes the sound a bit, but I'm not sure it's a whole lot better than the stock setup.
