| there is a mesh like slip cover over my coolant hose its fraying on the end .my question is should i trim it or remove it entirely?????????thoughts??? |

| That mesh is for rubbing, basically to prevent something rubbing against it and wearing down the rubber eventually causing a leak. If it's been rubbed through or frayed because of age you could replace it. But it depends on it location as well wether or not it would need replacing. |

| Just take the hose off, trim it and throw a zip tie around it and it won't fray |

| Dealer has hose 20 bucks ..i just dropped alot of money on mods i guess another 20 wont kill me. |

| yeah it just needs to be slid back up. If you have ever played with Chinese finger cuffs you will know how to do it.
