I gleefully tear through no less than three plastic UPS shipping bags (those things are tough!) to retrieve my new set of stainless braided hoses only to find that they short-changed me by two hoses (coolant tank rear line & coolant tank top overflow) and put the wrong color fittings on the CAI breather line.

"Mike -1" that packaged my order and thanked me for my business must have had his head up his ass.

I'll call them tomorrow, but it means another week with ugly, rubber hoses. How can I go on?!

I'm PMing the guy in ChargerForums so that maybe he'll have it first thing in the morning. Interestingly enough, his name is Mikey and I now realize that the scrawling at the bottom of my invoice says "Mikey" instead of "Mike -1".

So, I'm going to give him a chance to make it right before I call.

They screwed up my order before also. They shorted me a hose in my order, I called Mikey as soon as it happened , and he sent me the hose out asap. I would suggest calling, you never know how often they check their pm's.

That sucks man, nothing like getting all excited when the package arrives, only to find that it's fucked up and wrong. Hope it all works out for ya!!!

I apologize for the error on those hoses and will get the correct hoses and fittings out to you. Would you like the red fittings on one end of the catch can? If that is how you would like it you could have put in that in the notes and we would have gladly done that for you.

I'm going to hold off calling until next week if he doesn't send me something telling me he's shipped the rest of my order. I'm trying to get him to send me one extra red fitting (and offered him three black ones back in a subsequent message).

I think it is somewhat laughable that he says they could have accomodated mixing different color fittings on the same hose when they screwed up my simplified order so badly.

As kind of bookend to this thread: I received the rest of my order yesterday along with an additional red fitting that I asked for.
